Terms & Conditions
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
- You will be sent an invoice for the final payment approximately 4 weeks prior to the due delivery date.
- Your products will only be despatched when the final balance has been paid.
- Once your products have been dispatched CM UNIQUE DESIGNS will accept no responsibility for loss or damage. Any damage must be notified to me within 5 days of your delivery.
- Proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. CM UNIQUE DESIGNS cannot be held responsible for any errors that go un-noticed after the proofs have been approved by yourself. PLEASE check all details of your proof, advise of any amendments and confirm acceptance.
- CM UNIQUE DESIGNS cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns used in the 'Order of Service'. This is the client's reponsibility.
- In the event of an order being cancelled, all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.
- If the order is partially cancelled, with a large number of quantities being reduced, 10% of the initial balance will be charged as a partial cancellation fee.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. The deposit secures the price of items ordered at the time of ordering.
- The standard delivery charge quoted is applied to all orders. For orders sent in several batches separate charges will apply. Price quoted is for UK destinations only. Separate charges apply for elsewhere.
- All stationery is handmade, slight variations may occur between each item and any samples previously supplied. Especially if separate orders are placed.
- Delivery is usually made through Royal Mail Special Delivery. We reserve the right to deliver stationery through other carriers.
- Please be aware some of our products may not be suitable for children.
Any artwork and designs created for you will remain the intellectual property/copyright of CM UNIQUE DESIGNS and must not be copied or re-produced. If you have any questions, please contact me.
