Consultations:

Before placing your order with CM Unique Designs you may choose to see samples of my work in person. If you live in and around Leicester/Leicestershire area we can arrange a suitable appointment; as I only have bespoke designs from previous clients. But from time to time I do add a few new designs to my collection. So every order is unique to your requirements.

 

Samples:

Samples can be made to order to your requirement for a small charge of the base price per invitation/card. This cost though would then be deducted if you place an order with CM Unique Designs totalling £100 or more. Please note if you do purchase a sample from CM Unique Designs no samples must be copied under any circumstances in part or whole as they are copyright to CM Unique Designs.

On rare occassions alternative materials may have to be sourced from elsewhere due to discontinuation. The client will be advised of this before production takes place.

 

Payment

A 30% deposit is required to secure the order when placing with CM Unique Designs. This deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance will be required when the final invoice is sent, approx 4 weeks before the due delivery date.

Payment can be made by Cheque or Paypal. Please note your items will only be dispatched when the final balance has cleared.

All prices are subject to change without notice, though the deposit secures the price of items ordered at the time of ordering.

If the order is partially cancelled with a large number of quanties reduced, 10% of the initial balance will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

Proof Reading

Proof reading is the responsibilty of the client. CM Unique Designs will not be held responsible for any errors that go un-noticed after the proofs have been approved by the client. Please do check all details and advise CM Unique Designs of any amendments and confirm acceptance. The proofs give you an opportunity to check for any mistakes/errors there may be.

The client will be liable for any relevant costs incurred in correcting mistakes once the proof has been approved.

  • Dates
  • Venues
  • Times
  • Table Plan Details
  • Sizing
  • Fonts
  • Colours

CM Unique Designs cannot gain copyright permission for the hymns used in the Order of Service. Hymns are used at the clients discretion.

Names for Invitations, Table Plans, Place Cards and wording for Order of Service are to be supplied by word document via email.

 

Timescale / Delivery

Depends on quantity and how much timescale has been given. But I aim to dispatch within 4-6 weeks from receipt of final payment and proofs. The client will be notified if the this can not be met. If you require your order much sooner than please contact me and I will see if I can accommdate you.

Any orders placed for accessories such as favours, postal boxes, albums, childrens boxes etc are subject to 4-6 weeks delivery schedule after payment clearence.

Delivery is usually made via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. The cost may differ slighty from each client so will be quoted upon invoice.

Once items have been dispatched CM Unique Designs will accept no responability of loss or damage. Although I will try to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Any damages must be notified to me within 3 days of delivery. If due to the concern of postal strikes etc we will come to some sort of arrangement at the time of point.

 

Artwork/Design Copyright

It is not permitted to publish or copy any artwork/designs belonging to CM Unique Designs. This includes any variations of the designs tailored specifically for a client, texts, designs, images and products used. All personal details will be removed to be replace by fictional details for use on CM Unique Designs website.

 

Variations/Saftey

Most of the products used on the stationery are handmade so slight variations may occur. This is not deemed as a fault. Due to the delicate of the emblishments on all stationery and accessories they are not considered suitable for young children.

 

Returns

Upon delivery please check all items. CM Unique Designs will not refund or exchange unless an error/fault is discovered, then the original error/fault/incorrect item must be returned before any amendments or replacement can be made.
