Ordering
If you live locally (in and around Leicester/Loughborough) I offer a free no obligation consultation to discuss your ideas. If not then you can decide on line email or call me with your ideas.
I always recommend a sample first as you may want to change the tone of the ribbon or colour of card needs to be White instead of Ivory. Please refer to Samples page.
But once your happy with your sample ....
- Contact me for your order form, I can either post or email it to you
- Work out the quantities you require. I normally advise ordering a small quantity of extras to cover any guest list additions, handwriting mistakes and keepsakes for yourself or close members of your family/friends.
- Complete the Order Form.
- Send the completed Order Form along with a 30% deposit to secure your order.
- On receipt of your order you will then be emailed or posted promptly (to which your preference) a set of proofs to check the spelling, wording and all details are correct.
- Please check and advise of any amendments or approval with 3 days of receiving.
Invitation Timescales
- My advice is you should send your invitations out to your guests at least 10-12 weeks prior to your wedding date.
- Allow your guests at least 4 weeks to reply
- And check with your caterer/venue when they need the final numbers of guests.
- You may order your other co-ordinating stationery at a later date when you have a better idea of the number of your guests.
Payment Details
30% deposit is required when your order is placed to secure to your order, which is subject to my terms and conditions.
