Ordering Your Wedding Invitations
If you live locally (in and around Leicester and Loughborough) to me I can visit you but if not then you can decide on line and email or call with your ideas. You may be interested in a downloadable price list for our invitations.
- Decide upon your design, colour scheme, wording and fonts.
- Download the invitation order form.
- Work out the quantities you require. I normally advise ordering a small quantity of extras to cover any guest list additions, handwriting mistakes and keepsakes for yourself or close members of your family/friends.
- Complete the Order Form.
- Send the completed Order Form along with a 30% deposit to secure your order. You may need my contact details.
- Please make cheques payable to C MUMFORD.
- On receipt of your order you will then be emailed or posted promptly (to which your preference) a set of proofs to check the spelling and wording of the inserts.
- Please check and advise of any amendments or approval with 3 days of receiving.
Invitation Timescales
- Please allow 6 weeks at least. Production time is usually no longer than 6 weeks after you have approved the proofs. (But I can take into consideration dependant upon the size of your order).
- If your order is required more urgently please contact me and I will try my very best to see what I could do for you.
- Please note: depending on my schedule, this sometimes may incur an extra charge.
- Please feel free to phone or email me if you would rather check our availability status before placing your order.
Placing Your Order
- We strongly recommend that you order your invitations 6-9 months before your wedding date.
- You may order your other co-ordinating stationery at a later date when you have a better idea of the number of your guests.
Payment Details
30% deposit is required when your order is placed to secure to your order, which is subject to my terms and conditions.
