Frequently Asked Questions

Question: When do I send out my invitations?

Answer: I normally advise a good 2-3 months before your wedding date; giving your guests time to reply and giving yourself time to organise your reception.

Question: When do I need to order my invitations?

Answer: I normally ask at least 6-9 months before your wedding date. You can order your co-ordinating stationery at a later date when you have a better idea on your number of guests ie: Table Planner, Place Card, Order of Service, Menu, Table Number Cards, Thank You cards.

Question: Is there a minimum number I have to order?

Answer: No there is no minimum number.

Question: What deposit is required to secure my order?

Answer: 30% non-refundable deposit is required when you place your order.

Question: How can I pay?

Answer: You can pay by cheque (made payable to C MUMFORD), or contact me to discuss other options.

But I do offer the cost of any samples that you order will be deducted from any subsequent order totalling £100 or more.

Question: Can I choose my own wording?

Answer: Yes you may. I also have a selection of wording with a choice of font styles you can choose from.

Answer: I usually allow 4-6 weeks (depending upon the size of your order). But if you require your stationery sooner then please feel free to email or call and I may be able to reach a compromise in timing.
